2025 PHRC Housing Conference

On March 26-27, 2025, the in-person 2025 PHRC Housing Conference will highlight best practices, regulation, and innovation in the housing industry. Invited speakers will present on a wide-range of topics, including construction & codes, high-performance & offsite construction, weatherization & building science, and land development & planning.
This conference brings together all sectors of the housing industry including builders, design professionals, remodelers, code officials, educators, factory-built housing manufacturers, and product manufacturers. Continuing education available pending individual session approval.
HIGHLIGHTS
- The 2025 PHRC Housing Conference will kick off Wednesday morning with a Keynote titled “Universal Design & Visitability in Our Homes from the Curb to the Closet”
- Multiple tracks each day with sessions on the topic of Land Development, High-Performance Housing, Construction, Building Codes and Weatherization & Building Science
- Relax at the Networking on the Exhibit Floor reception after Wednesday’s educational sessions
- Afternoon Plenary to end the conference on Thursday
