HBA of Bucks & Montgomery Counties – Unlock the Future: A Homebuilding Career Showcase

Building Careers that Build Communities
Event Type: Workforce Development

What Is It?
Hosted by the HBA’s Workforce Development Committee in partnership with local Career & Technical Education (CTE) schools, Unlock the Future connects students directly with the professionals shaping the residential construction industry.

This isn’t a traditional career fair. It’s an interactive experience where students can explore careers through hands-on demonstrations, real conversations, and firsthand exposure to the many paths available in homebuilding.

Why Participate?
The future of our industry depends on the next generation.
Whether you’re a builder, trade contractor, supplier, manufacturer, or service provider, your participation helps students see where their skills and interests could lead, while strengthening the future workforce our industry needs.
One conversation or experience could spark a future career.
