Lawrence County BA – PA UCC Residential Code Update

PA UCC Residential Code Update: Part 1 (1 hr)
This session will review implications of transitioning to the
2021 ICC base codes, discuss PA legislative and RAC
amendments, and dive into some highlights of the new code
provisions for residential construction.
PA UCC Residential Code Update: Part 2 (1 hr)
This session will build on Part 1 by providing an overview of
the most substantial changes between the 2018 and 2021 ICC
base codes for residential construction.
Cost – Lawrence County Builders Association Members and
Mercer County Builders Association Members are FREE!
