While the Presidential election is important, it is imperative that you, your family, and your employees are also aware of the Pennsylvania State House and Senate seats that will also be on your ballot this fall.
All 203 seats in the Pennsylvania House of Representatives will be up for re-election. Of those 203, 70% of those seats are contested. In the Pennsylvania State Senate, 25 seats are slated to be on your respective ballots with 75% of those seats being contested.
Many of these hotly contested races may be decided by a handful of votes. It is extremely important that members of the housing industry cast votes for elected officials who understand the importance of affordable housing and the effect that governmental actions can have on its production.
