Congratulations! You have been nominated for the PBA Rookie of the Year Award. The Awards Committee has revamped the process and after collecting the nominations, we are requested that the nominees complete the following form for judging purposes. This method will allow for the most complete and accurate information.

Each year PBA presents the prestigious Rookie of the Year award to an associate member that demonstrates professionalism and distinguished service to PBA, NAHB and their local association.

Each PBA member makes a choice to get involved in the industry and for this, we thank you. But there are more than a few who go above and beyond, offering time, energy and talents to serve at all association levels and in the industry as a whole. This dedication and service is what the Associate of the Year Award truly represents.

While the judges will be reviewing all the nominee’s involvement, it is not mandatory to have participated with the NAHB to be considered for this award.

Judges reserve the right to not name a winner in the category if the entry does not meet the standards as noted in the official category description.

Nominees are required to fully complete and submit the Rookie of the Year Nominee Information Form no later than May 23, 2025 at 5:00 p.m. If the nominee fails to supply the fully completed form and photo requirements by that deadline, they will NOT be considered for the award.

PLEASE NOTE

The Judges are looking for the impact that you have made in the industry and the community. The accomplishments in those areas will be weighted against over nominees.

In order to qualify for this award, you must have been a member of your local HBA no longer than three years as of the date of this submission.
