About Us

The Pennsylvania Builders Association (PBA) is a non-profit statewide trade association chartered in 1945. Affiliated with the National Association of Home Builders and a network of 30 local associations throughout the state, PBA is governed by a Board of Directors consisting of representatives from the local associations.

PBA is the unified voice for the home building industry and the housing consumer. PBA serves its members by providing proactive leadership on state regulatory and legislative issues and by offering services to its local associations that enhance the professionalism of its members. PBA serves Pennsylvania communities and consumers through its efforts to protect homeownership rights and advocate for affordable housing options.

Consumers recognize PBA members as the best source for creating and improving quality living environments.

Our Core Purpose

The Pennsylvania Builders Association promotes and protects the home building industry through teamwork, education, advocacy, and membership.

Our Vision

Pennsylvania Builders Association is the “Go To” organization for the home building industry.

Networking

One of the most valuable benefits is networking. Business relationships are built on trust, credibility and professionalism. Builder and Associate members network and learn from their peers at the local, state and national level, as well as participate in special-interest task forces, councils and committees together. Doing business with a member is consistently encouraged.
