Congratulations! You have been nominated for the PBA Affiliate of the Year Award. The Awards Committee has revamped the process and after collecting the nominations, we are requested that the nominees complete the following form for judging purposes. This method will allow for the most complete and accurate information.

This award was designed to recognize PBA Affiliate Members who are associated with Builder or Associate members but not the member of record. The candidate demonstrates professionalism and distinguished service to PBA, NAHB and their local association. The candidate goes above and beyond to get involved offering time, energy and talents to serve at all association levels and in the industry as a whole. That dedication and service is what the Affiliate of the Year Award truly represents.

While the judges will be reviewing all the nominee’s involvement, it is not mandatory to have participated with the NAHB to be considered for this award.

PLEASE NOTE

The Judges are looking for the impact that you have made in the industry and the community. The accomplishments in those areas will be weighted against over nominees. Additional requested information will help the panel make a final determination of the recipient.
